• Walk-in Visit for Non-Member Family or Kindred: Available at $75.

• CDL Physicals: Including labs for $150.

• Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy: $200 out-of-pocket per joint/area treated.

• Extracorporeal Electromagnetic Transduction Therapy: Available at varied rates.

• Pulsed Shockwave Therapy for Erectile Dysfunction: Offered at $200 out-of-pocket

• Sport Injury Treatments with Shockwave or EMTT Therapy: Prices vary based on the injury.

 

Billing Information for Procedures and EKGs

Procedures such as laceration repairs, mole removal, cyst removal, and others are covered under the membership. However, fees for materials and supplies will be billed to the patient if indicated. EKG services are billed to insurance.
